1. Ownership and rights for the commissioned artwork belong to the Artist, with the exception of the rights for the character drawn.
2. All rights reserved to the Artist.
3. The commissioner cannot claim that they drew or created the commissioned artwork no matter the price they have paid for it.
4. Commissioners cannot sell the commissioned artwork as online or printed merchandise
5. Commissioners cannot use commissioned artworks in commercial video games as assets.
6. Commissioned artworks can be used in monetized/non-monetized videos so as long as artist is properly credited.

NO PRIVATE COMMISSIONS

1. All personal commissions services I provide are made Public. These artworks are also uploaded in my social media portfolios, Patreon, Fanbox and many more, but in lower resolution.2. Commissioning for any form of PRIVATE works are not accepted. This types of commissions are those that are not uploaded anywhere else, no marketing or social media presence at all. These usually do not see the light of day.3. For private commissions, feel free to commission other artists who offer those services.

1. Ownership and rights belong to the company or commissioner. However, the artist can still claim that they created the artwork.
2. All rights reserved to the client.
3. The artist cannot use that artwork and cannot upload it in Patreon, Fanbox, Gumroad, and Kofi. All rights belong to the commissioner.
4. Commissioner retains the rights to modify the artwork by any means necessary.
5. Commissioner has the rights to sell the commissioned artwork as merchandise, to use as assets in commercial video games and use in monetized Youtube videos (and other video sharing platform).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This is not a first come first serve basis.
2A. Payments are done through PayPal only. There is a need to increase prices with a 4% handling fee.
2B. If you have GCASH, then this can be done without any handling fee.
3. All commissions will be included in Patreon / Fanbox rewards. This includes the sketch, finalized colored illustration and PSD files but in smaller resolution. Commissions will also be uploaded in my Pixiv, twitter, and other social media sites for promotion.
4. Commissioners will receive updates on the process of their art piece. Charges will vary whenever ANY change is requested after the sketch phase has already been agreed upon.
5. Do not feed my commissioned artworks or my artworks to any AI learning generators please.
6. All rights reserved to the artist (pertaining to the artwork commissioned, not the rights to the actual character itself, especially if it is from an existing franchise or an OC).
7. Please do not claim or seek credit that you drew my commissioned pieces.
8. Please do not rush me. If there is a deadline required, inform me before hand as certain charges may be applied.
9. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
10. NO HAGGLING. If you are not happy with my base prices, please look for other artists instead.
10. Do not force me to use AI generators in creating your commissions.
11. By commissioning me, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.

How to order

1. You must agree to the Terms And Conditions beforehand.2. Leave a message in my Twitter page or Facebook page. Do not contact me in Patreon or in any social media websites.3. Trello will be updated. Check if your name is in the waitlist column.4. I will contact you via Twitter or Facebook if I will accept or reject your commission request. 50% down-payment will be made.5. Trello will be updated. Check if your name is in the Work in Progress column.6. I would appreciate it if you can provide references or even do the slightest bit of sketch on how you want your commission to look like. Stick figures will do.7. Once communication is established, I will be sending you an initial sketch within 1 - 7 days.8. Once sketch is agreed upon, th remaining payment must be done via Paypal.9. Revision must be strictly done on sketch phase only. If revisions are requested during the lineart or coloring phase, additional charges will be applied.10. I will send you updates every now and then.11. The entire process will take between 10 - 30 days depending on my current schedule and the complexity of the commission.12. If there is a need for PSD files, I will send them all to you via MEGA for free. This is only after the final product has been released
